What you'll need

Contact the organisation that's requesting the check. They need to set up your application first, then we'll send you the link.
Your information is secure
We're ACIC accredited, which means we meet strict government standards for handling personal data. Your documents are used only for this check and handled in accordance with Australian privacy law.
How to complete your check
Step 1
Click the link in your email
We've sent you a secure link. It's unique to you and expires after a set time, so complete it as soon as you can.
Step 2
Provide your details
Fill in the online form with your personal information. Make sure everything matches your ID documents exactly.
Step 3
Upload your ID
Take clear photos of your driver licence or passport. We need to see all details clearly.
Step 4
Take a selfie
A quick photo of yourself holding your ID. This verifies you're the person in the documents.
Step 5
Submit
Review everything and submit. You'll receive confirmation by email.
What happens next
We'll verify your information and process your check. Results generally go directly to the organisation that requested it - you don't need to do anything else. Most checks are completed within 48-72 hours, though some may take longer depending on the type of check required.
